These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 0777cx ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 0777cx website located at https://0777cx.cam and all associated services, content, tools and features made available through it.

0777cx is an English-language online betting and casino information platform designed for users in Pakistan and other markets. • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organisation

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. You must notify 0777cx immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

0777cx reserves the right to modify, suspend or permanently discontinue any feature or aspect of the Platform at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension or discontinuation.

All deposits to a 0777cx account must be made using payment methods that are verified in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment originates from an account or wallet not registered to the same person as the 0777cx account — are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of the Platform at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change at the operator's discretion.

• Money laundering — including depositing funds with no genuine intention to wager, or structuring transactions to obscure fund origins
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any suspected bug must be reported immediately to [email protected] and must not be exploited
• Providing false information during registration, KYC or at any other stage of account use
• Attempting to access accounts, systems or networks belonging to 0777cx or other users without authorisation
• Engaging in abusive, harassing or threatening behaviour toward Platform staff or other users
• Using the Platform in any manner that violates applicable law, including but not limited to laws governing gambling, anti-money laundering and financial transactions in your jurisdiction

0777cx cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies investigating any suspected criminal activity connected with the Platform. Where required by applicable law, user data and transaction records may be disclosed to relevant authorities.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 0777cx and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform or any of its services
• Any inaccuracies, errors or omissions in Platform content
• Decisions made by you based on information published on 0777cx
• Losses arising from wagering activity — whether through sports betting, casino gaming or any other form of gambling
• Technical issues, outages, latency or data feed interruptions affecting the Platform or any third-party service
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

All content published on 0777cx — including but not limited to text, guides, images, graphics, logos, icons, software code and database compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of 0777cx or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited personal licence to view and access Platform content for non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, sell or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written authorisation from 0777cx.

The 0777cx brand name, logo and associated marks are trademarks of the Platform. You may not use them in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation or association without explicit written permission.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its primary licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before resorting to formal legal proceedings.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may hold under the laws of your country of residence. However, 0777cx makes no representation that the Platform or its content is appropriate for use in Pakistan or that such use complies with Pakistani law. Access to and use of the Platform is entirely at the user's own risk and responsibility.
